For legal reasons, we need to hold a formal Annual General Meeting of MGI-CPAAI Limited, the company in the Isle of Man of which we are all members. We need as many members as possible to take part and vote in this short meeting. See the links below to register. We are repeating the meeting in two sessions, at 8am and 5pm London time, to allow members from all time zones to take part – you only need to attend one of the sessions.

For the Notice of Meeting and the Accounts of MGI Worldwide Limited, the operational subsidiary of MGI-CPAAI Limited which manages our funds and contracts, including invoicing of membership dues and payment of staff and other costs, please contact Jonathan Farrow, Company Secretary jonathan.farrow@midsnell.co.uk. The financial year of MGI Worldwide Limited was changed in 2020 and so the accounts cover the 18-month period to 31 December 2021. The accounts are only for MGI Worldwide. CPAAI accounts were merged in with MGI Worldwide from 1 January 2021.

The AGM agrees the accounts and changes required to the Administration Manual (our rules).

Each fully paid-up member firm has one vote. Firms that have not paid their dues are considered not to be in “good financial standing” under the rules and do not have a vote.

So, to help us ensure we have a quorum, please register your attendance at one or other of these meetings. We intend to keep the meetings as short as possible – a maximum of 30 minutes, assuming members agree to the motions.

Note that we are holding a completely separate Virtual Global Meeting on Wednesday 20 October, from 05:00 to 22:00, London time. This will be an exciting, fully engaged meeting with a wide range of content and networking opportunities. The details will be announced separately.
